The reference materials used were carefully curated to address the need for a reliable instructional material for Social Studies teacher educators and pre-service teachers. Further, this textbook is also helpful to in-service teachers, practitioners, and graduate students to address issues and update themselves with the current trends in teaching Social Studies in basic education.
