Summary: Communicatio Socialis Prints is a publication series for the graduate program on Social Pastoral Communication of the University of Santo Tomas (UST), Manila in cooperation with the S. Joseph Freinademetz Communication Center, Quezon City, the Asian Research Center for Religion and Social Communication, St., John's University, Bangkok and with the Federation of Asian Bishops' Conferences Office of Social Communication (FABC-OSC). The publication in this series reflect research as well as teaching and academic considerations in the different fields of religion-related social communication. They are to serve and stimulate further thinking studies and research. Over the years some of our MA theses at UST gave some insights into situations and activities which should be made known and available to scholars and researchers which is not the case if after their defense are just 'buried' in a library but not made known to other interested parties. Other texts and considerations in this series can also serve as text books and in teaching. The series is called 'prints' since some of the publications are not just full-fledged books in the strict sense but just a documentation and basis for further considerations and studies. To some extent the new series should also animate students and researchers to further develop their concerns for social and pastoral communication. The Latin Communicatio Socialis refers to the title of the Vatican II document on Social Communication.
