Summary: The researcher concluded that the midwives' competent performance is directly related to the clients' satisfaction level. Generally, as the overall results of the study, the midwives are moderately competent in providing maternal and neonatal care and the client as well are moderately satisfied on the health care services rendered by the midwives. On the other hand, there are some services that midwives are not competent, and clients are not satisfied. Therefore, these are areas that need to be strengthened to improve the quality of care.
