The researchers applied qualitative research by means of phenomenological study as strategy of injury and used the self-made questionnaire. The sample that represents the population was comprised of 10 currently pregnant mothers who have child or children 2 years and below. There are many factors that a mother shall consider. Numerous considerations will take place. Failure to do what is right will affect the growth of a child. The young ones will depend on their parents to support their well-being and promote positive development, including eating behaviors. Children’s food preferences and willingness to try new foods are influenced by the people around them. The researcher found out that mothers have their unique practices and influences in raising their children. It is also observed that the pregnant mothers practice eating healthy foods, continue living a healthy lifestyle and avail basic services like pre-natal in order to monitor the growth of a child.
