ABSTRACT
Since the beginning of the coronavirus 2019 (covid-19) pandemic, healthcare workers have shown remarkable resilience and professional dedication despite the fear of becoming infected others.
In this study, the results showed that the healthcare workers indeed faced several challenges during the pandemic, such as limited resources, the threat of being infected with the virus, lack of knowledge on COVID-19, struggling hospital operation expenses, and scarcity of workforce. The study concluded that the ongoing pandemic brought by COVID-19, the health care workers encountered challenges most especially in handing the life threatening situation in the health care facility.
