It investigates key MIS factors, including system quality, information quality, service quality, system use, user satisfaction, and net system benefits. Organizational performance is assessed using the Balanced Scorecard across financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth perspectives. A descriptive research method with a quantitative approach was used, used wherein, through survey, data was collected from 130 respondents representing businesses that have utilized MIS for at least two years. The study reveals a fairly strong positive relationship between Management Information System (MIS) and perceived organizational performance, highlighting the crucial role of MIS in improving business efficiency. The findings also show that most respondents positively rate system quality, information quality, and service quality. Majority of the respondents expressed satisfaction with the MIS ability to support and meet their work needs. However, a slight plurality of the respondents disagreed that MIS increases work productivity. In terms of financial performance, the majority found that the MIS ineffective in tracking financial risks. Fron the customer perspective, respondents disagreed that the MIS contributes to increase client retention. Concerning learning and growth, a slight plurality disagreed that the MIS helps reduce their workload. Thus, the researchers recommend businesses to engage in continous monitoring and regular evaluation of the system in order to assess the areas needing improvement ER -
